Ergdata on iPhone not detecting Wahoo Tickr

My PM3 is connected with USB cable to ErgData on my IPhone 8 and that works fine.
However ErgData doesn't detect my TICKR hrm.
If i turn off the Bluetooth on the iPhone and turn it back on the Tickr is shown for a second and then disappears. This has worked for a couple of weeks, but no longer does the trick.
There is no problem with any other app. All detect the Tickr consistently.

What could be wrong here?

Finally figured it out. Definitely a bug in ergdata
If I connect the tickr to ergdata and then program my workout on the PM3 everything works fine
If I program the training first and then try to connect the tickr to ergdata it does not work. Ergdata keeps on scanning for the heart rate monitor but never discovers it.
Tested multiple times. One sequence always works out okay. The other sequence always fails
