If I row an online session using RowPro I have started to upload the session from RowPro Log to C2 online log straight after the session. When I row offline not connected to RowPro I use C2 Utilities.
However, today I realized that this switching between the two programs has caused certain workouts being duplicated in my C2 Online rowing log. It shouldn't be like that. Is there a way this can be avoided?

You need to select the rows in the C2 utility that you want to upload. Single rows in RowsPro, like 5K, 30 min, etc. won't be duplicated because they show up as a single entry on the C2 card. However, custom rows with variable stroke rates (like those in a training program) will show up as multiple entries in the log card, broken down by the different intervals. The C2 utility doesn't recognize them as already entered in the online log because they don't match the single entry uploaded by RowPro. So it is not the easiest process to manage, but it is doable if you are careful. I normally upload the warmup/warm downs via the C2 utility so I get credit for the meters.
