Due to an embarrassingly foolish mix-up over the identity of a SSD, doubly so 'cos I work in I.T. support, I've managed to eradicate my RowPro installation (and the rest of the drive) with no backup of the database.
I've still got the full history in my online log and on the PM5 so the question is can I rebuild the RowPro(4.3) database from either of these.
It looks like it could be done row by row by exporting and importing row files (in which case I'd probably only re-import a few rows from last year) but is there a way of doing this in bulk?
Andy.

You'll need to ask Digital Rowing.

Re: Rebuilding RowPro database.
Why ?
Once you have uploaded the results to the concept 2 logbook you no longer need them in Rowpro.
The number of logs gets crazy but you want the only one thats cloud based.
Moved to RowPro V5.4 with the PM5 and use Ergdata. Ergdata gives you the best logbook results by far and its a one button press to SYNC to the C2 Logbook.
You no longer need to do database backups in V5.4 either it has a local and online logbook and changing versions caries your rower profile across automatically.
V4.3 was good I used it for years but you may want to use this opportunity to upgrade.

Re: Rebuilding RowPro database.
Thanks both,
I use the RowPro data for setting up training sessions against my previous rows.
As you say, previous records are available in the log book so I think I won't worry about it; I'll soon have rows in RowPro to train against.
The cloud aspect of 5.4 would actually be a hinderance to me as my ergo is set up in a small 400 year old outbuilding with 18 inch thick stone walls (used to be a shepherd's hut) which my wi-fi doesn't penetrate. OK, I could set up an additional AP for the area but after trying the demo version of 5.4 I couldn't see a pressing reason to upgrade (I.T. disasters as mentioned before aside :¬)
No, I think I'll accept the loss and start afresh.

Re: Rebuilding RowPro database.
RowPro V5.4 itself is not cloud based, I was just talking about the Logbook in it.
No Wi-Fi is a pain as you cannot row online but you can always hotspot your mobile for Wi-Fi if you can put it somewhere it gets reception.
Rowing online with others beats rowing against yourself any day.
