Cheers!
I have the following issue:
"Java.net.ssl.SSL.PeerUnverifiedException: No Peer certificate"
First time i see this message, two days ago everything was fine. I use an old Samsung S3 with Android 4.4.4, which i use only for ErgData. ErgData Version is 1.89.
I have no clue about Apps and IT.
Can i get it running again or can i get the workout out of the Phone somehow?
Thanks!

I am getting the same error also. Running PM3 and Android 4.4.2. Was working fine up to 24 June 2019.

Same answer as usual
1. Update your PM3 firmware to the latest version
2. Update Ergdata to the latest version
3. Send an email to
rowing@concept2.com with your bug report

I got the same message on Friday after attempting to sync. First time I've ever had such a message in the year and a half I've had my rower. (I am using PM5, not PM3 as poster above reported.)

Hi, and thanks for the advice...
my PM3 certainly did need its firmware updated, so did my Concept2 Utility, which was also out of date. So I took some time to update the Utility and the PM3 firmware. And then updated ErgData etc etc.
Unfortunately the error still remains.
"Online Logbook Status
javax.net.ssl.SSLPeerUnverifiedException:No peer certificate"
It looks like a coms/sec protocol issue between ErgData (on Android) and the Concept2 online logbook.
I will send details to the concept team and see what they advise.
cheers,
Jeff

I don't know if this is good news or bad. I tried reinstalling ergdata. Now, instead of the "peer certificate" message, I'm receiving an error that includes the line, "Connection to
https://log.concept2/com refused"

I'm going to guess that it's some sort of issue on C2's end since a few of us are having the problem (and for the first time).
Hopefully they'll get it resolved. If not, I guess I'll just be satisfied with the the info in the ErgData app and the PM5. It's not like I spend a lot of time referring to many past workouts. (Though I do like to peruse from time to time.)

It's very annoying! I like to see the SPM, HR, and Split-graph and of course i don't want to enter Meters manually to the Logbook. And i can't find the folder in the App where the WO's are stored. I have a PM4, i think it's an Android App issue.
Please solve it C2, Thank you!

Please write an email to
rowing@concept2.com or they'll never know it's broken.

It appears to be back working correctly as it logged both my workouts from Friday as well as today.
(I had made no changes to ErgData nor PM5...just waited it out.)

Yes, true! Everything is working again. Thank you C2 for the fast fix and the guy who has reported to them.
Cheers!
