Asensei app update

I've been using the Asensei app for the past 2 weeks. I've now completed 6 workouts and have really enjoyed rowing "alongside" Eric Murray. Watching him row has helped my timing and technique. I think I tend to pull my arms a bit early but have been able to limit this with the app.
Yesterday a significant update was released. Most useful for me is the direct link to the Concept2 logbook. The app now automatically logs my meters when the session workout is complete. It also now allows you to select your own music.

I just purchased the Dark Horse rowing program for asensei. I have tried Erics and enjoyed that, it certainly made my return top the rower easier.
Hopefully Shanes program ( which isn't cheap but come with 30 day trial period) will be worthwhile. I like his approach, he come across as a genuinely nice guy. I'll report back in a couple of weeks

Please keep us posted here. I've not purchased the DHR program but I'm interested. I finished Eric's sessions and now I'm enjoying the all the free content. I really like the 15 minute ladder workouts.

How do you select your own music? I cant see that in the app.

I've downloaded the app on my iPad 3rd gen, but I just can't get it to work.
The asensei interface is stuck and everything is very slow.
Have you experienced anything like this recently? Have you tried Regatta app too?
Thanks
Carlo

Runs fine on my iphone X. How is your WiFi near your rower?
