RowPro Customer Support

Hi,

I've been trying to resolve a problem with RowPro for a few weeks and I have been unable to get any replies from them by email assist@digitalrowing.com. Any one have a direct email address to someone at digital rowing who might actually write back?

I thought of the same thing right after I posted and called. I was routed to a nice gentleman with a south asian accent who assured me that my problem would be passed along to a technician. I think I will try support@digitalrowing.com as well.

Pete finally got back to me after a phone call to his customer support line.

The problem I have is that when I register for rows through the mobile app or via the web site, they don't show up in the online row window in the 30 minute time period. If I register for the row through the oarbits tab in the rowpro control panel, then the row shows up.
