RowPro interval training issue

Post by mungolarry » August 6th, 2017, 12:06 pm

Hey everyone. I've just started a training program with RowPro (bought the program a month ago). I really like the program. I don't feel like I'm ready to race online yet, so I figured I'd go through a program first. I'm have a couple of issues that maybe the community could help with.

My row for today was supposed to be 2x2'x3'. If what I've read is correct, that would mean 2 sets of 2 minutes followed by 3 minutes of rest. The overall workout is 20 minutes...so after doing the 2 sets, it simply has you fill in the remaining time at a steady pace. The problem is that it syncs to my PM5 just fine, I do one set, and then it just has me finish the remainder of the 20 minutes...without going to the 2nd set. Any thoughts on this? If what I'm saying doesn't make sense, I'll try to explain it better in the comments.

Second issue...When I'm done it syncs just fine to my Concept 2 Logbook. The problem is that it counts my 20 minutes of workout time or 4,136 meters, and also shows 3,416 "Rest Meters" for a total of 7,552 meters. I have no idea where all of those "rest meters" are coming from. It looks like I'm cheating the system and racking up meters that never happened. I'll be to 1 million in no time with all of the freebies! Any help would be appreciated.

Again, I love the program, just want to get these issues worked out.

Thanks for any help/advice!

best advice would be to contact digital rowing directly (facebook gives the fastest responses)

I have no experience with the training programs offered. ound fun though :)
