Rows not showing up on C2 online logbook

I uploaded January's workouts from RowPro to the C2 online logbook but they are nowhere to be seen. They're flagged as exported to C2 in the RowPro logbook. But online, January is entirely blank, as if I've done nothing.
Anyone else encountered this? Am I missing something or being thick?

Not had any problems here.
Stupid question but is the date on your computer and your monitor correct ?
Tried uploading from the Monitor itself via the newer Concept 2 utility ? I use this as a backup if the RowPro server crashes like it did last Thursday and no one could do anything online.
What version of RowPro are you using ? V4.3 appears okay.

I am having the same problem. Ever since I let ErgData update my PM3's time, my rows don't show up in the logbook, through Ergdata or Rowpro.
I'll check the date on my laptop and PM3, to see if they're off somehow, but I haven't noticed anything weird. In RowPro the date seems to be just fine.

I've checked the time/date settings on my laptop (and RowPro) and my PM3. They are correct. If I export my rows to the C2 logbook, RowPro will say that it was successful, but the rows do not show up in my logbook.

I have the same problem. RowPro says it is logging the results to C2 but they are not showing up in the logbook. The last successful RowPro upload was 1/11/17. I finally used the C2 Utility program to upload results to C2.

What version of RowPro are you guys using ?
Still not having any problems here with the PM4 on the latest firmware, the latest C2 Utility and RP 4.3.
No good talking about problems if you don't post all the information about your set-up.

I'm also having the same problem. RowPro says it has uploaded to C2 okay but the data is not showing up in my logbook. The last successful RowPro upload was 10 Jan 2017.
I have a PM4 firmware version 318
Rowpro version 4.3
Edit: I've just been able to upload my rows to the logbook using the C2 utility software okay. I'm about to do a row so I'll try and update that via RowPro after I have finished and see what happens.

I'm running RowPro ver 4.200, monitor is a PM3. No logcard or card reader, I've always uploaded via RowPro. Unsure of PM3 firmware, will check later.
I've changed nothing in my setup recently. Quite the opposite, after problems with a previous version of RowPro I've got it working to my liking and stayed there.
Still refusing to show my workouts for January. I've tried re-uploading but stil nothing.

Hey all, I'm having the same problem.....
Always uploaded straight from RowPro to C2 at the completion of a row, never had any problems until now!! Much the same as you guys, no data in C2 even though RowPro tells me that the row was uploaded successfully.......
Here's hoping we can figure something out!!

Same issue here. Last row that was uploaded was on 1/11/17.

Reading Carl's post it seems to be a bug in V4.2 that was fixed in V4.3. Since you seem to have no choice except to upgrade to V5.0.7 (As V4.3 isn't available for download). That's probably your best option (but will incur a version-to-version upgrade charge).

I am at v4.3, so that version doesn't fix the issue it seems.
Please note that using ErgData my rows also upload just fine according to the software, but do not show up in the logbook. Just like with RowPro.
Last uploaded log entry was 1/9/2017.
An upgrade to RowPro 5 is $49, which is a little pricey given that I don't actually know if that will solve the issue (if others don't have problems with 4.3)

I am running RowPro 4.3 with a PM4 using version 318 firmware and version 340 hardware. As I said in my previous post, my last successful RowPro upload was 1/11/17. Have been using the C2 Utility for uploading results when I discovered the problems.
