Ergdata - can't log in, can't sync.

Today I was successfully able to upload my workouts. Give it a try.

So today the pm5 said my iPhone was connected but the ErgData iOS app said it was not connected.

Anyone else experience this?

I force closes the app and tried turning Bluetooth off and on as well disconnecting/reconnecting from the pm5, which didn’t help.

Send an email to info@concept2.com with details of your PM5 firmware version and your iPhone OS release. It's best to get the app developer to explain what's gone wrong.

Not sure if this is the right thread: With the new Ergdata version I have been logged out twice in the last two weeks, which is a bit of a hassle when you are just about ready to start your workout. Also I am loosing my favourite workouts every time I have to log in.

Is anybody else having the same issue?

I've been told by support at C2 that with current functionality all favourites and recents will be lost every time you log out of the app (or crash equivalent). In future versions they plan to store the necessary data with your log so that these elements are not lost...but that's not available yet.

Thanks for that bit of feedback from C2 MPX. I wonder why the app is logging people out randomly? I’ve avoided an app crash to this point. Have had the app log me out twice, though. Oh, and today I became a heavyweight.
