Hello,
I was thinking about to organize for supercanoa members and friends a meeting 1x year live somewhere
in a venue race. It can be a big one like the WIRC or a small one like Ergomania.
For example, if I want that everybody come to Munich, I post the suggestion: "Munich Indoor Championships" Rowers
that live in that region can invite the members and friends after the race to a city tour or a canoeing tour or a barbecue at home
(We would pay naturaly our consume). We would need only somebody that knows more about the region as we.
It is not a new idea and probably not mine neigther but I was thinking about since years.
One member told me that maybe summer is better than winter to travel somewhere with the family but I think there are not races
in summer or in countries/regions with a warm weather in winter
What do you think? Any thoughts about? Similar experiences in other clubs?

live Meeting
The WIRC or the BIRC.
I thought about changing my racing routine to focus more so on the summer races in Great Britain, lke the Evasham Mile. I think for vacationing purposes it might be nicer to take a "Harry Potter Tour" of England in the summer as opposed to the winter. However, it may be more expensive to race in the summer than the winter.
The WIRC 2004 was like a meeting of such coordinated by Paul Flack. I liked it alot. The BIRC 2004 could have been such a time for me if I did not have to be back in California so soon after the race.
