Ergdata, can't set time or distance intervals

For the past week (since 16 June 2025) when setting up a workout I haven't been able to set the time or distance for variable intervals.
For distance, when I get to the Variable Interval 1 screen, tap the Distance button, and tap the distance text box (which reads "000 m"), a number keypad doesn't appear as it has in the past.
For time, when I get to the Variable Interval 1 screen, tap the Time button, and tap the time text box (which reads "0:00:00"), the dialog titled "Time (hh:mm:ss)" appears as it alway has, and I can set the hour, minute and time, but when I tap the OK button, the time I set is not entered in the time text box.

I am on 2.8.1 (323) on an Android device, all working well.
Are you on ios?
Concept2 is not reading here, so you need to e-mail them. I think there is a special mail for ergdata and logbook stuff, but can't remember. Info(at)concept2 should do the job as well.

I'm also running 2.8.1 (323).
What's weird is that this was woriking fine up until last week. My Samsung Galaxy 9 running Android 10 is so old that it no longer gets updates -- which is fine with me, because it still works -- so as far as I know "nothing has changed".

I have posted the same problem to Concept2 Help, but I was hoping someone on this forum had encountered this and found the cause and maybe a fix.

I ran a very old device as well, until recently bought a new phone, so now my old one is the new rowing device and the old old one is out of the game.
I typically use Ergzone for most of my sessions, so can't tell any misbehavior on old devices with no OS updates. To answer your question, I tried on my current phone, which is up to date obviously

On advice from someone at Concept2 Help, I uninstalled and reinstalled the ErgData app. Problem solved. D'uh. Second thing I should have tried.
