I am planning to purchase the ski/bike/row erg and do multi erg workouts, like EMOM´s where I rotate ski/bike/erg every minute.
Can these be linked to that 1 workout will log total activities across all 3 machines to ERGDATA?
I know this can be done in games/ergathlon but that is only for specific workouts sprint/middle distance etc.

Neat. I'd never seen the ERGATHLON function before. Thanks for posting.
No help from me on seeing the 1 minute sessions on each device as a single workout in ergdata or on the log. Sorry.
If you don't care about seeing the workouts in Ergdata real time, setting up each of the 3 PM5s for 1 minute work intervals with 3:30 rest would let you go from one machine to another (30 seconds to switch). You could capture one machine on ergdata and the other two on flash drives to be uploaded later. The time periods will overlap so no telling what would happen when all three entries hit the C2 log -- they certainly would not be one unified workout.
Ski 1 min
At end of 1 min Ski - Ski starts 3:30 rest
Switch to Bike takes 30 seconds; Ski down to 3:00 rest Start Biking for 1 min
At end of 1 min Bike - Bike starts 3:30 rest, Ski rest is at 2:00 remaining
Switch to Row takes 30 seconds; Ski down to 1:30 rest. Bike down to 3:00 rest. Start Rowing for 1 min
At end of 1 min Row - Row starts 3:30 rest, Bike rest is at 2:00 remaining, Ski rest is at 0:30 remaining
Switch to Ski takes 30 seconds; Then start skiing as the next Ski work interval starts
Re: Multi-Erg workouts - logbook?
sounds complicated, or? Multierg workouts should be possible for any kind of time frames.
Re: Multi-Erg workouts - logbook?
Your meters are recorded as "muti erg." They count for your overall total, which does not distinguish between bikeerg and the others. But they don't count for challenges, which count bikeerg for half.
Re: Multi-Erg workouts - logbook?
ok, thanks.
But only 4 different time setups are possible, right?
It would be cool to use different time-intervalls also for ergathlon. Or would it be possible?
