Setting a target POWER

Post by ascib » December 4th, 2024, 7:49 am

I'd like to set a target POWER for my interval training using ErgData but can't find a way to do so, despite the fact the log for a completed session shows a field for it.

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure if it's possible, but you can enter a power here to get an equivalent split time

It's not possible, as this is an instantaneous metric. Calories, time or distance are not, therefore can be used to setup training pieces.

Not sure if I'm missing the point, but under either the interval or any fixed workout you flick the "show pacer" radio button and hit the watts button.

pop the value in and it will then show you watts or pace on your PM5 depending on what you've setup there.

Thank you, that's what I was missing. I'll give that a go next time.
