Hello, Is polar H10 unable to connect to strava or am I the only one having such problem? Need help from everyone. Thank.

Are you using it for erg rowing? Your erg (PM4 & PM5) should recognize and connect to it as a HR device. Then if you sync your erg data to Strava via ErgData it should flow through. Strava does direct connect to Polar devices as well.
