PM5 to Strava - removing connected iwatch

I want to send my PM5 workouts straight into Strava. I’m sure this can be done. I think the problem I have is that my watch is connecting my logbook then to Strava.

I cannot see anywhere that lets me remove the iwatch from the ergrow app. Does anyone know how to do this please? And if I remove the iwatch will I be able to replace it with Strava?
