PM5 stored workouts by DATE.

Inserted USB and moved 11/27/23 workout to USB.

After removing USB, the PM5 no longer listed this workout.

If that workout is no longer listed on PM5, does the total meters and other metrics for the rower listed on the PM5 get reduced?

Is there a way to import that data from the USB back to the PM5?

Is there any value keeping data on the PM5 or can all of it get placed on the USB?

3. Use Ergdata on your phone and load all data up to https://log.concept2.com, don't use USB or the PM5.
