Logging in Erg Data Constantly Fails with "Networking Error"

Hi there,

I am facing an issue where I cannot log in to the ErgData app that I recently downloaded for iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Attached is the screenshot of the error that the app is showing me.
First I tried to register and it was showing exactly the same error, then I went online and registered, and now I am trying to login to ErgData using the same username and password that I used for LogBook registration.

I tried using 5G data as well as my fast home internet wifi, both are giving me the same error.

Has any body faced this issue? Does anyone know of a work around?

Did you find a solution?
We have been having some network issues using ipads /ios  Chromebooks work fine.
My network admin are working on white listing the app  but I haven't heard back from them yet.
Have you tried to see if you get any errors using Erg racing ios app?
Also.. reach out to concept2 help they can suggest a bunch  of stuff .
