ErgData not syncing to Logbook

I'm new to all this, just got my machine a week ago. Workouts have been syncing fine until yesterday. Now there's a yellow triangle on the workout and an error message "Workout will sync automatically when internet connection is restored". Then it has the spinning circle and "Data Syncing", but it doesn't actually send the data to my Logbook. I most certainly have an internet connection on the phone. Anyone else with this problem? Is there an easy solution?

No, I don't have a memory stick plugged into the PM5. Yes, I have logged out of my app, restarted the phone, and tried again. I'm on an Android. App version 2.0.21+1

StevePDX. I'm also now getting the same issue.
Has yours started syncing again since you posted?
The first time mine failed to sync was 26-Feb-2023. Was syncing OK on the 25th.
Perhaps coincidentally this was after I entered the WRICH 2023 from home (which bypasses the ERGDATA and connect by USB to a web program on a laptop instead).
I note the latest update to ergdata was 14-Feb-2023: I'm not sure when after this it this got installed on my phone (Android 13).

Having spoken to concept2 technical support the fix (yes, it works for me) was to logout on the ergdata app and log back in again.
However those entries that are unsynced when you log out get lost when you do that, so do it quickly once you observe this problem.
You can still, of course, recreate the basic entries (date/time/distance/validation code) manually on the website as the info is still there on your PM5 and they will then be synced back to your ergdata.

The same has happened to me. I have pm5 but ergdata, when uploading the data it was set to 0 and it did not. How could I manually go from ergdata to the record book?
Being in full challenge I fear being left out despite fulfilling it to spare. Thank you
