Can't save WO from ErgData to Online logbook after firmware update

Hi guys,

I'm used to rowing with Erg Data sync'd with PM5. At the end of the WO, the WO would save to Erg Data, then to the online log book. Fine.

I upgraded the PM5 to firmware 2.11 last night. I rowed today - the WO would save to PM5, but would not save to Erg Data, therefore does not show up on the online log book either.

I'm running Erg Data on Android, did not change anything on my phone.

Does anyone have the same issue ?
Should I go back to the previous firmware ?

Ok, redid some testing this morning with short wo :

- ErgData + PM5 : sync'd ok, in PM5, ErgData, online logbook
- ErgData + PM5 + Polar H10 : sync'd ok, in PM5, ErgData, online logbook
- ErgData + PM5 + Polar H10 + watch Polar Vintage : sync'd ok, in PM5, ErgData, online logbook (the watch is used to sync afterwards to Polar Flow with more accurate calories expense count)

So - everything seems to be working now.

I have no idea what happened...

There are several threads on here with people reporting the same issue. Seems to be intermittent. Some reports to C2 support seems to have led to some bug fixes. Personally I have had one session not record in ED so not sync to log book since the upgrade.

Access the LogBook screen (the third ErgData screen). Tap Sync. ErgData will upload any new workouts to your online logbook. The most recent 50 workouts in your online logbook that were not rowed using ErgData may be imported into the ErgData app.

I have had the same problem today, workout couldnt save on ergdata

had to manually enter rough distance to my online logbook

IOS 16, ergdata, still not saving interval workouts, updated Firmware and app and still no joy

ErgData stopped during mid workout. PM5 kept recording, but nothing got uploaded to logbook.

PM5 says app is connected. ErgData on my phone keeps saying to connect to PM5.

Pulled the batteries from the PM5, put them back in. Everything works as it should now.
