Ergdata not syncing with Trainingpeaks?

Hi all,

Last couple of days I've noticed that my rows in Ergdata have synced fine with Garmin Connect, fine with Strava, but haven't synced at all with TrainingPeaks. Anyone else experience this? I've reset the connection and rowed more, but it still hasn't synced. Maybe a problem on the TrainingPeaks side?

hi i have the same problem. Tried removing TP from concept2 apps, then re-added but the issue is still there...

Same issue. Contacted Trainingpeaks today. Reply was:

"Since Concept2 actively sends the data to us, would you mind contacting their support team directly?"

So I guess I'll give that a go

You'll need to send an email to info@concept2.com to get them to look at this.

I sent a support request to C2 about this on the 28th so hopefully they might reply this week.

I just got a reply stating it has been fixed. The usual top notch support from C2. You really cannot fault them.

I also had this issue the last few days. Is there a way to manually sync individual workouts with Training Peaks? I know with the old ErgData app there was a sync button on the app logbook but this function seems to be missing on the updated version. I know you can download the file and upload to TP that way, but it's a bit clumsy.

Signed up with TrainingPeaks last month. First thing I noticed was that Concept2 didn't seem to sync, despite authorising the app. This confused me, not expecting a bug. Eventually contacted TrainingPeaks and just got a response asking me to contact Concept2, like others here.

Didn't get round to contacting Concept2, but noticed today that my last two rowing sessions have sync'd, yay. However, I have a whole season that I would like to sync, if possible. My cycling sessions on Polar Beat/Flow have all auto sync'd back to summer, when I started recording.

Does anyone know how to sync historic rowing sessions with TrainingPeaks? I had hoped it would be automatic, but maybe the only way is to upload a file.

You can't.
You can set-up a session for a long period of time, but you can't sync individual rows before May 2022.
