ErGdata app - not showing NFC on iPhone 12 Pro

Hi there,
I just updated my iPhone 11 Pro to the iPhone 12 Pro and noticed that the NFC reader option is not showing, only BT. Any thoughts out there?

Thank you. Yes it does work under BT but it was so simple with my 11 Pro to just use NFC. I know the NFC is working because when I put the phone near the PM-5 and tap it, it launches the Concept2 site in the Safari browser.

You likely have read this already. The only step seems to be hitting the "N" icon before bringing the phone close. Pasting it here so others can try it. Most newer phones have NFC for payment apps, contact exchange, etc.

This is what is mentioned - there is NO “N”. The NFC works fine as I have confirmed this from tap purchases. Just not on ErgData with the new iPhone 12 PRO.

Same issue with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I tested with my girlfriend’s iPhone 11, and the NFC option works fine.

Can you drop a note to Concept2 and tell them details, maybe point them to this thread. I haven't seen any "no wait, it works on my phone" replies. You usually get those if it's user error.
