RowPro weight class sync to c2 logbook

Post by bnz » April 1st, 2021, 5:18 pm

Just wondering, it anyone else having trouble with how the weight class from RowPro syncs to the C2 logbook? I haven't figured out a way to correct it and it keeps bugging me that I still don't have a solution.

1) On the RowPro account on the website under training profile, it clearly states "Mens HWT". This is correct.
2) In the C2 logbook, under Edit Profile, I have entered my weight from which it should be able to derive the correct class HWT.

Still, whenever RowPro syncs a workout the the C2 logbook, it is registered as lightweight. It works fine outside RowPro, I just tried out EXR and it was synced with the correct weight class.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to correct that?

I had a similar experience recently. All rows were being set to LWT by default.
Fixed it by going to my C2 log on the website (using PC and browser)and selecting HWT instead of LWT. All rows uploaded from Rowpro since then show as HWT.

RowPro does glitch now and again. I went through a season or 2 where it kept coming up that I was using slides.

Not had the HWT/LWT issue however in my results for a long time, there must be a field that needs changing.
