Heads up for anyone ordering from Liverowing in Denver. They took payment on my credit card for connecting cable between PM4 and iPhone on December 1, 2020. Since the, no response to internal chat requests, emails from me and attempted contact by Concept 2 personnel. No customer service line. May be out of business. Investigate before sending them money
