Just started getting this same message and problem over the last couple of weeks.
Nothing has changed in my setup, same PM5 and version of Rowpro on a Surface Pro4.
Its only when doing online sessions, I can see myself and others on Rowpro but no finish time in results.
Logbook records the session and the final split is correct but individual section splits are miles out.

Got reply from Rowpro, did the manual reset and all good now.nick rockliff wrote: ↑July 12th, 2020, 2:46 pmJust started getting this same message and problem over the last couple of weeks.

Please make sure of the following points in your setup that could be causing problems:
This is from Rowpro
If you haven’t already done so, as a first step you should do a pinhole reset of the PM5 by inserting a pen tip in the recess in the back of the PM5. You’ll know when it resets because there will be giant vertical black bars on the PM5 display.
You definitely must not have the C2 Utility and RowPro running at the same time – that just won’t work.
You definitely must not have any apps like ErgData for instance connected to the PM5 via Bluetooth at the same time as RowPro is connected to the PM5 via USB – again that just won’t work.
You should always connect the PM5 via USB before starting RowPro.
You should not press buttons on the PM5 while it’s connected to RowPro, otherwise RowPro will lose control of the PM5.
If you’re connecting the PM5 to your computer via a USB hub, especially one that’s got other devices like a mouse or keyboard connected, please try it with the PM5 connected directly to the computer’s USB port, even if it’s just once to prove whether that’s the issue.
Also for the record, we recommend not to have a USB drive plugged into the PM5 while RowPro is running, so if you have that, please remove it, even just once to prove whether that’s the issue.
