PM5 - Garmin Watches Sync

Does anyone know if the native sync between PM5 and Garmin Watches is in the works for the C2 Rower? ErgData/Garmin sync is so flaky, every so often it breaks and I need to import activities manually. Weirdly, sync to Strava is very robust. I just wish I could connect directly to the PM5 similarly to what is possible on BikeErg and without third party solutions like ErgIQ etc.

Note: ErgData doesn't sync directly with Garmin - Garmin *pulls* from your online Concept2 log.

Make sure ErgData is syching data to your logbook.
