I think that might be an indicator of the quality of the internet connection to the RowPro server for that individual. I haven't used RowPro in a while, but I think that was something that used to show up during online sessions.
Hopefully one of the regulars will be past soon to confirm.

Yea pretty much how the race server is seeing your connection.
Wouldn't worry about it to much its the two boxes at the bottom of the screen that need to stay green.

Thanks. Thought maybe something like that. Seems they all flicker green/red/orange a lot. Maybe some yellow.
