ergdata bug? rowed distance during rest time of interval training not logged

Post by pm5user » April 1st, 2020, 2:51 pm

hi all,

i noticed that the rowed distanced during the rest time of an interval training is not logged and is missing in the total rowed distance in the logbook.

e.g. if i row an interval training 500m, 1min rest, 500m, 1min rest, than the logged rowed distance is always 1000m not matter how much I rowed during the rest time.

can anybody explain that? is this a bug?

i would like to see and expect the total distance rowed in the logbook including the distance rowed during rest time.

1. Upgrade Ergdata
2. Upgrade PM5 firmware to V30/V168
3. Create a repeatable test case that demonstrates your bug.

https://log.concept2.com should count the resting metres - if you hit the magnify link on your workout.

thanks, you are right, the rowed distance during rest time is shown as a separate figure on the details page (magnify link). so it is indeed logged in the logbook and there is no bug.

but is the rest distance counted in the total distance of the „last 30 days activities“ overview graph on the main „log“ page?
