PM5 usb upload to log book

Sorry but wasn't sure where to post this - I have a new PM5 and have just uploaded to my log book via the utility app. The app shows it as greyed out, which the website says its uploaded but its not showing on my log book - does it take time to do this? Do I need to do anything else? Thx for your help
