Revamped Ergometer space (web and android) app

I have revamped the ergometer-space.org web app. You can now also install it as an android app.

The android app is still beta. You will need a PM5 and blue tooth to use it. I need feedback of beta testers to improve it.

The ergometer space website is now working on all screen sizes and can now connect to a PM if your browser supports web blue tooth.
