LiveRowing Connect Cable is used to connect your iPhone or iPod Touch to the Concept2 Performance Monitor. This cable will make a tethered connection between your Performance Monitor(PM) and your iDevice. The LiveRowing Connect cable connects to the PM3, PM4 and PM5 and can be used with the LiveRowing App for the Concept2 Rowing Machine & ErgData.

Just would like to double check, does the cable work with older PM3's?

I know the first version of the C2 iConnect Cable has an issue so just want to be sure that the LiveRowing Connect Cable is good with all PM's?

The only issues we have seen with PM3s is dated PM3 Firmware. A PM3 Firmware update has solved all issues we know of to date.

My cable is producing the same problems. The app will stop receiving data half way through a workout.

I've ordered a little $2 dongle for converting an iPhone USB charging cable to a PM5 cable. Should be here next week. If it works, I'll get back to you.

I have the same problem. Is this a faulty cable? Mine has always lost connection with my iphone intermittently while using ergdata. This happens on both my home machine with PM3 and two different gym machines using PM4. Clearly this is a problem with the cable.
