The Road to Boston

Post by icomefrombirmingham » October 2nd, 2013, 2:15 pm

The CRASH-B's are 19 or 20 weeks away! A few of us here in Eastern Standard Time are planning to row Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30 p.m. following a (flexible) Pete Plan from now until Boston.

One speed interval, one endurance interval and one "hard distance" piece per week
Filling the other four days with as much steady distance stuff as we/you can.

Tonight is an 8x500...Friday will be 5x1500 and we'll see how it goes. All are welcome no matter your current pace or future goals. Theoretically...and if diligently followed...the Pete Plan should produce improvements in all of us.

Don't worry if you are new and don't have a clue about the "Pete Plan"...join us and we'll figure it out together. And don't worry if you can't commit to M/W/F every week...not a problem, that's what I meant by "flexible".

Hope some of you can join us?!
