I developed a very intense heel spur that is right in back of R. Heel. I stopped surf ski racing because of it, also to painful to bike Also was unable to use my 10 year old concept 2 rower because of increased heel pain when using it.
Have any of you rowers out there experienced Heel spurs??? If so how have you dealt with it? Pain is worse with gravitation pressure pushing heel into foot plate of rower and worse with shearing force as foot drags backwards against heel plate. Any type of modification of heel plate on my concept two available? At this point inflammation has subsided quite a bit and am considering going back to rower just do not want to exacerbate the condition!
