MM Club changes?

If you go to the prizes page, http://www.concept2.com/us/motivation/a ... prizes.asp it tells you:

To obtain your incentives once you reach a milestone:

1. Log into your Online Logbook.
2. Click Challenges.
3. Follow the instructions in the Million Meter Club section.

Questions? Email millionmeterclub@concept2.com.

In the MM Club section on the Challenges page, there are no instructions for prize redemption anymore, just the link to the MM certificate download. I followed the "Questions" instructions last week but have heard nothing back from that email, so I'm wondering...

Has something changed in how prizes are to be redeemed?

I managed to complete my second million on the same day as my first marathon. I sent the email (and filled out the online form) and heard nothing. Was just thinking it was time to chase them up but interested if the policy has changed.

I have a similar experience.I reached 29 million meters on May 21 and sent an e mail to KC Colt at C2 requesting a sports bottle. After a week with no acknowledgment I sent a reminder but still have no reply.

Same here, as I already posted elsewhere. Wrote KC back in April regarding the Kids' Distance Award, and heard nothing. Followed up twice since with C2 customer support, and again heard nothing but silence from the company. Not at all what I expected, given their reputation.

I could accept their dropping the incentive programs. Just announce that they're doing such. However, doing so without an announcement and not responding to customer service requests is simply unacceptable. :(

I don't feel so bad now. I thought they'd just been ignoring me!

The MM changes are on the log book page..challenges.You need to do some web site searching but the changes are there.Just major distance awards now.You can down load your certificate and go to Cafe Press for a nice assortment of gifts.

I see... no more sock/glass/water bottle for the in-between million meter milestones.

Should've requested my 36MM glass when I had the chance rather than waiting to double up a couple awards to save C2 on shipping costs...

Hi, Pat:

Since you seem to be considerably more up on such things than I . . . would you happen to know if C2 also killed off their Kids' Distance Award incentive pins?

Thx!

Sorry..but I am not too familiar with the Kids Program. The web site still mentions awards of pins for set number of meters.Maybe those parameters have changed.I always get a quick response from Dena for whatever I need help with.I have never been left without a response. You may want to contact her.I am sorry I can't help more with this..

Don't suppose you have an e-mail address for Dena you could PM to me? Obviously the folks I have been writing to are not the correct ones.

Thnaks in advance!

Pat:

As an aside, now that I have Denah's address, you may want to edit it out above. Wouldn't want those nasty spiders to collect it, and start deluging her with spam!

Thanks!

Ed

Resolution!

In the way of follow up . . .

Pat: Dena responded to my e-mail very promptly, and in outstanding fashion. So, many thanks to you for passing along her contact information.

Everyone: I'm happy to say that the C2 Kids' Distance Clubs are indeed alive and well.
