Tips for long term success

Post by Paula Vacher » January 5th, 2009, 4:24 pm

So, I have just embarked on a new ove affair with an indoor rower. I have been training for just 2 months. I am a complete amateur. I want to get ultra fit, and am currently unfit. (Can only manage 10k in just over 45 minutes!!!!!). How do I keep motivated and how do I progress????? :?:

1)Join one of the many virtual teams.

2)Participate in the monthly challenges

3) to progress, get on a training plan...there are many options --interactive plan, wolverine plan, and pete plan are among the more popular ones with plenty of practitioner to share notes with

4) get rowpro, connect your erg to your PC and row online with (or against  ) us
