Hi, just about to pay $200 for a model B - sound right?

Woudl like to upgrade the PM so I can use it with my Polar heart rate moniter - or does the PM1 work with one?

Where can I find a PM3 second hand if I need it? And how much are they going for?

Thanks for helping

Jason

I sold my B (actually A upgraded to a B) for $175 a year and half ago. I posted it on Craig's list and it was sold within 12 hours. $200 sounds very reasonable. The PM1 works fine it just doesn't do nearly as much. I don't really think you'll get a better workout on a new machine, but you may be more motivated to use it with a PM3 especially if you are a data freak.

I sold my B that had a few upgrades for $535 on Ebay a year ago.

$200 is a very good deal.

The pm1 is fine, just a bit slow and not as accurate as the pm2.

I put my heart rate receiver on the handle. It's easier to see and use this way.
