Setting FlexFoot on C2E

The C2E website states that in general as a rough guide, you want to keep your knees to be in the general vicinity of your arm pits at the catch position when the handle is at it's closest to the flywheel.
For those of you who have made the effort to set their flex foot on their C2E, and are satisfied with it's optimal position, can you advise if you knees are directly underneath your arm pits at the catch position or are your knees forward of your armpits (if so, approximate distance in inches)?
