Haiya, im new here.
I left my milk container out for a few hours. is it ok or spoiled?
Went to the grocer and forgot to put it in when i got home....

If it was pasteurised milk, it's still ok, especially if you didn't open it. Anyway you can tell from the taste and the look - milk goes acid and curdles. It won't kill you much before your own use-before date. In general if you want to be ultrasafe, all you have to do is heat it; if it's off, it will curdle immediately and separate. If not, add cocoa and there you are.
This doesn't apply to deep freeze, which should always be chucked if defrosted but not eaten.
