Sit Bones Shifting

Hmm.. this is kind of embarassing.

I've started to encounter a problem with the erg where when I lay back, my body shifts over my "sit bones" rather uncomfortably. I've tried
the C2 cushion but it only makes it more noticeable.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Funny you mention it... I have only had my C2 - D for a few weeks.. This morning I started to feel it right in the "Sit Bones" I was wondering if there was a MOD seat that could be switched out...Or it may simply be I've only been erging for a short time.. I wonder if my body will naturally adjust.

Make sure that you are sitting so that your sitz bones are centered at the lowest point of the seat. The common error is to be too far back and this causes a "sliding" forward in an attempt to get to the lowest point which could cause what you are describing. New folks usually feel that the correct position is quite close to the front (near the flywheel) edge of the seat.
