Model D Serial Number Translation

Good day! I'm looking at purchasing a very slightly used Model D, but I'd like to know for sure how old the unit is. The seller states that it was purchased new one month ago via a Concept2 reseller, and all manuals, log card, etc. are included except USB cable. The serial number (400328649) might be in post-2005 format, so I don't think it can be translated directly to mm/dd/yy. Can anybody help decode this SN? Concept2 is closed until tomorrow, and the rower will likely be sold by then--they go fast where I live. Thanks!
