Will FISA organize a Single Scull race of 500 mts for Coxs?
I hear this, and i really like the idea to have the oportunity to Row in a race of 500 mts single scull with other coxs. I´m cox since i was 18, i was in the argentinean team, and now i´m in the university eight, and i really love to row and feel the water throught the boat, the sound of the oars getting in the water, and make starts of 20 strokes. Cox is great, but i want to row and compete too, and i think that it is a great oportunity for all cox that want to compete rowing. And if cox can live what is to row and participate in a race, will be a better cox, because he/she will know what the oarsman feel.
I think that if all coxwains unite and send and email to FISA asking for it, we will can get our right to row too, as big guys, veterans and disability people.
