Hello. Here is the story of one Model B.

I purchased a model B after I smashed my patella into 6 pieces in a mtn bike crash. The lovely couple in Asheville, NC got it as a wedding present. They were runners and got it new as a wedding present, but kids, jobs, life and so on got in the way. They had been using it as a clothes hanger. I took it to Oregon, then Alaska, then gave it to my "father in law" (Dave) in Lethbridge Alberta. Dave was a team rower many years ago in upstate NY. The old model B has been a real part of his fitness program for 3 or 4 years now.

Its one well traveled rower, but still in good shape. I did two holiday challenges on it, Dave has done much more.

I upgraded to a Model D

Dave now wants to upgrade to a Model E.

She-Who-Dave-Must-Obey dictates that rower be stored in garage,. Sending and retreiving rower from garage is impacting Dave's rowing time. detachable rower would help this problem.

Anyhoo, is there a place here where is it appropriate for Dave to post said Model B for sale?? Can I do it for him?

Check out ebay and craigs list.. tons of ergs got bought and sold there. Most Model B's in decent shape with a working PM2 go for $350-$500.

Sold my model B on Craig's list. Was gone in a few days. May have gotten more on Ebay but Craig's list was easier--No shipping, get Cash in hand.

Sold mine for $175 (it was a model A upgraded to a B with a PM1).
