Is C2 good/bad for Hip Injury?

Post by notlob » February 17th, 2007, 6:06 pm

A friend of mine in his mid fifties, injured his hip a few months ago whilst walking. I suggested that he try the C2. He said that he figured that this would only make it worse. Would this be true?

i dont think so
my dad had arithiritis in his hips, and he rows all the time
he says that thats the one exercise he can still do without his hips really hurting him
he's getting hip replacement later this year, and the doctor says he can row as much as he wants
