Hello all.
Can someone tell me how they write interval training in the concept2 online log book.
Do you just sum up the time and the meters?

It depends on the session, but generally I'd add up the meters and time for the intervals, and make a note about what the session entailed. With the PM3 and PM4 keeping track of "rest" meters, which usually were simply ignored, though they may as well count toward distance awards, they can be recorded as a seperate block of meters.
If the total work meters adds up to a ranking distance you will get the "rank" link, but that can be avoided by adding or subtracting a meter from the total. i.e. 8 x 500m could be recorded as 4001 or 3999 to avoid that. The 4001 might be seen as "cheating" by some, but if you were doing a "Just Row" there is more credit for the coast down than 1m, so it's not really a problem (other than pedantry), and it's a good way to be able to distinguish your interval workouts at a glance at the log.
The important bit for the next time, is the overall avg pace for the intervals so you have a nice target to work against.
