Is the UK Forum offline?

I get PHB Critical error or some such. Is it just me?
I noticed there was 555 people online before it went down.!

Can't get on the UK forum either. Was on there fine about 20mins ago. Just saying 'unable to access database.'
Hope they will fix it soon.
