XENO IS AN OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST
Training Camp with XENO @ Iron Oarsman
Hello Team,
Learn how to train like an Olympic gold medalist and reach your full potential! All levels are welcome.
Every month, the Iron Oarsman and Xeno Muller will hold a two day training camp. The camps are open to all ages, who look to be HIGHLY competitive on the Concept2, or Rowperfect rowing machine and/or are looking to improve their rowing technique. We will spend two 90 minute workouts per day together. It will be highly useful to bring heart rate monitors to figure out target heart rates.
Indoor rowing technique will be drilled, filmed and analyzed. For those who wish we will determine the aerobic and anaerobic thresholds.
The rowers will learn how to administer lactate tests and use the results to tailor their own future training program. Microsoft Excel program will be used to graph the results.
We will have one session in the weight room and carefully coach lifting technique which is necessary for better rowing performance and injury prevention. The session will be filmed.
We will work on stretching which enhances better rowing technique and injury prevention.
In order to keep the coaching top notch, each camp will have a limit of ten participants.
If you want to be part of the camp, email me your intention and send me a check to Iron Oarsman, Summer Camp, 440 East 17th Street #5, Costa Mesa, CA 92627. Lodging is not included, if you would like I can provide accomodation information.
The cost is $525
All the very best and sincerely, XENO

John,
Could you possibly be more of an a$$ H0!&? The only BS I see on this forum is all the negative crap you sling at Bob S. , Mike and now Xeno. What credentials do you have to be giving ANY advice on rowing. How many gold medals do you have?
