mice rats bugs?

Post by Hal Morgan » May 9th, 2006, 5:17 pm

Has anyone experienced and nesting of vermin or bugs in the shell? I think I need to leave the ports open and I am wondering if this will encourage bees or wasps to enter and do serious damage. Worse yet those dang field mice and roof rats. :(

woooooooooow. that is random.

cant say i've ever had that problem.

the solution in my eyes is to smoke them out.

they will panic and go for the escape. but try not to kill them because you wont be able to get out the bodies.

I am a little worried about having them hung outside. Locking them up protects them from radom theft. The covers protect them form UV and polution. But here in Oregon we have Bees and Wasps everywhere. I think I have to leave the ports open, right? :?: The inside cavity - it seems to be the prefect nest. Since no one has replied I am guessing that everyone else has a boat house. Or one big thriple car garage.

I once had a little spider shoot out at me while using an erg while traveling. I was using a c-breeze, which helped him out. After that I always check the entire fan cage before placing a c-breeze on it.
