Dwayne's disappeared.

Post by Gus » May 2nd, 2006, 10:55 am

Was checking the Annual meters honor board to see where people ended up for the season and noticed that Dwayne was no longer leading the board and for that matter seems to have disappeared.

After all the discussion about him, I can't help but be curious as to what is going on?

Whether he is a cheat or not, You would have to be a real masochist to hang around after all the ridicule that has been thrown his way.

Unfortunately, it goes with the territory, considering the circumstances. :?

To average over 40k a day pretty much means he has to be a masochist, doesn't it? No one said he had to get involved in the forum to the degree that he did. He could just post his meters and ignore all the rest of the stuff thrown his way. I wonder if we'll ever know why he's no longer there?

I understand that Dwayne's on vacation/holiday right now and has been for a week or so. So no need to jump to conclusions just yet. Assuming it was a two week vacaction, he should be back at the end of this week.

Naill, Gus was making the point that Dwayne's 16,000,000+ meters has gone from last years rankings, not Dwayne himself :D

With the distances Dwayne covers and the speed with which he appeared to cover it, I've always though of him as Superman not the Invisible Man. His disappearance from the Honors Board wouldn't have anything to do with him being on vacation. He'd have to withdraw his meters or C2 would have had to do it because they doubt their validity.

I think next time you see him he'll be on a podium with a hammer, and that's all I 've got to say on the subject. Until then we all have better things to do than speculate and gossip...don't we?

Such an agressive man holding a hammer? That doesn,t mean much good. Who will he try to hit ?
