I have tried changing footplate and using flat shoes'and I still feel soreness on inside of one knee. How long does it take for your body to adjust?
Would it help to send in a tape to see if my form is ok? I am open for any suggestions.
knee problem
Knee Pain
By *not* pushing straight with your legs (the best indicator is to feel the pressure on the balls of your feet), you put a lot of pressure on your Medial Collateral Ligaments, resulting in tendonitis and causing some pain and discomfort.
Changing your form is the first thing - and you've done that. If you continue to have some pain and/or discomfort, ice your knees for 20 minutes after yuor workout.
Good luck!
