ErgData data gone?

Hi All,

I'm a relatively new user. I have been rowing on my device since beginning January 2023 and had about 160 Km on the counter by the end of February.
I was reviewing my stats today and noticed that I only have 10 Km on the counter and cannot find any of the previous data. Is this normal functionality and is the data deleted after every "season" or something like that?

If not, any idea what might have happend? I found it quite useful and encouraging to stack those distances!

The best way of retaining your history is to start a Concept 2 online logbook.

ErgData synchronises to this and all the information never gets lost.

Hi Carl, I am in fact using the online log book through the the ergdata app. According to what you said, it's odd that my data seems to have vanished?

Make sure your name and password are unique. I lost about 15 years of work thru my confusion in logbook. I'd never looked at it anyway.
