By selecting this icon (circled in red) in ERG Data, specific workout, could someone explain what this does? Thank you

Of you like to add images, easiest way is to go to a pic hoster and paste the BB code in your post. The first ED page shows 4 buttons in a row, named Lx to Rx (in Italy) 1crea 2preferito 3recente 4WOD.specific workout
If you have no history, guess 2 and 3 will show nothing. If that's your case, press WOD, act as ordered and hope for the best. Or just do what you like = create. The best button on PM is Just Row.
